Chamonix Mont Blanc is world renown for its fabulous off-piste skiing. From the classic to the lesser known descents, the Mont Blanc massif offers some of the longest vertical drops imaginable, often departing directly from the cable cars stations.
The guides of AIGMB, well specialized in their valley and in all types of skiing, will offer you their secret “powder spots” and can introduce you to the off-piste techniques.

Classic routes starting from :
L’Aiguille du Midi: l’Envers du Plan, la Vallée Blanche
Plan de l’Aiguille: le Pré du Rocher, la Combe des Pélerins
Le Tour: la Combe de Trient, les Jeurs
Les Grands Montets: le Lavancher, le Pas de Chèvre, le Couloir Rectiligne, la Combre de l’EHM
Le Brévent: le Couloir de l’ENSA, le Couloir Bellin
Many other possibilities, including couloirs and extreme skiing on steep slopes
Season : from december to may, depending on snowfall

Skiing standard : level 2 et 3 (french ski school), parallel turns

Private guide : 450 € / day  for 1 or 2 pers and + 20 € per person if more than 2 pers, maximum 6 pers.
